Excellent place, quiet, next to ocean, and well appointed with bare necessities.
Positive: Well appointed place, has all the bare necessities. Nice layout for a small unit. Loved the simplicity of it. Bathroom worked well, shower worked well.
Negative: The microwave was unclean, the toilet wobbles and needs mounting. One of the center sliding doors is missing a felt weather strip which can allow bugs inside. For the price being paid, probably could use more security beyond the Saturday night guard (Friday, Saturday, Sunday would be better). Seems a lot of seedy folks hang out there from the mobile home property behind unit.
