King Suite on Corcega Beach

Positive: Excelente lugar para descansar, solearse y estar en paz y armonizarse. Simplemente lugar espectácular. Playa y lugar super limpio. Negative: Todo perfecto. No tengo quejas.

The accommodation is a 10/10 however the customer service is a joke and simply rude. Positive: This accommodation deserves a 10; the room, facilities, and bed are excellent. The private beach, simply a 10/10. Negative: However, the customer service is downright poor. They contacted me promptly to arrange payment, but after that, it was a nightmare. I sent multiple messages inquiring about early check-in and surf lesson opportunities (which they advertise themselves) but received no response. I then called customer service several times; they couldn’t assist as everything had to be discussed with the owners, after which I heard nothing further. The owners were outright rude; I called them multiple times to ask about early check-in, which apparently was too much trouble. Rooms are not cleaned daily, yet they charge $65 for cleaning fees for a 3-night stay. I requested fresh towels and beach towels; my messages were ignored, so I had to call again. I requested an extension of my stay via text message and was informed that our room was already booked. I then asked if other rooms were available, but again received no response. The customer service is a joke and downright disrespectful.
